Throughout the life of Christ and Krishna one can find many similarities. This painting focuses on their childhood that touches on the similarity of their lifestyle and thereby celebrates diversity. Both Krishna and Christ were of a royal decency and are believed to be the incarnations of God. Yet both spent their childhoods as ordinary children. Furthermore, this painting highlights the strong women who had played important roles in the lives of these godmen.
